Terms of sale
Last updated: 29 October 2026
This page is an English translation provided for convenience. Only the French version is legally binding: in case of any difference, the French version prevails.
These terms (the "Terms of Sale") apply to any order for an online course, a plugin or coaching placed with Norde SRL. They supplement our terms of use, which govern the site itself.
1) Seller
Norde SRL
Private limited company (SRL) under Belgian law
Registered office: Rue des Vignes 35, 1435 Mont-Saint-Guibert, Belgium
Company and VAT number: BE 1039.457.839
Register of legal entities (RPM) of the Enterprise Court of Walloon Brabant, Nivelles division
Email: kriss@creator-academy.co
Creator Academy is a trade name operated by Norde SRL. Our courses and plugins are sold and hosted on this site. Payments are collected by Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd.), which acts as payment service provider.
Your contract is with us. Norde SRL is the seller: we are the ones who owe you the course, the legal guarantee and after-sales service, and it is to us that you address any complaint, whatever platform is used for the technical delivery.
2) Products
We sell online digital courses: videos, documents and resources accessible from a personal area, without any tangible medium. The description, content and access period of each course are set out on its presentation page before you order.
We also sell plugins for DaVinci Resolve: files to download from your personal area, with their user guide. Some plugins are free; obtaining them also requires accepting these Terms of Sale. Versions and compatibility are set out on each plugin's page.
We do not guarantee any commercial, artistic or professional result: a course passes on methods, and its effectiveness depends on putting them into practice.
3) Prices
Prices are stated in euros. The applicable price is the one displayed at the time of the order. Whether the price includes or excludes taxes, and the VAT rate applicable according to your country of residence, are displayed before final confirmation of payment, in accordance with Article VI.45 of the Code of Economic Law.
We may change our prices at any time, without effect on orders already confirmed. Promotions are valid only during the announced period and are not retroactive. A promo code is entered in the cart, before payment; it applies only to the products and under the conditions it provides for (duration, number of uses, minimum amount, first order) and cannot be added after the order.
4) Order and payment
You order from your cart, while signed in to your account. There you check the details and the total price, then tick the box by which you accept these Terms of Sale and, for a course, request immediate access to the content and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal as soon as access is opened (see Article 6). A plugin remains refundable for 14 days. You are then taken to the secure payment page of Stripe, where you enter your billing address and confirm the payment. This confirmation concludes the contract.
Payment is due immediately and in full. We never have access to your bank details: they are processed directly by the payment service provider, and never pass through creator-academy.co.
An order confirmation is sent to you by email: products, price, date, seller and, for a plugin, a reminder of your consent and a link to the withdrawal function. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of a previous payment dispute, suspected fraud or a manifestly abnormal order.
5) Access to the course
Access is opened immediately after confirmation of payment, unless otherwise stated for courses announced as coming soon, whose opening date is specified on their page.
Access is strictly personal. Sharing your login details, or distributing, reselling or making available all or part of the content, is prohibited and may lead to the suspension of your access without refund, without prejudice to our other remedies.
6) Right of withdrawal
As a consumer buying at a distance, you in principle have a period of 14 calendar days to withdraw without giving any reason and without penalty, in accordance with Book VI of the Code of Economic Law, which transposes Directive 2011/83/EU.
Exception applicable to digital content.
Article VI.53, point 13, of the Code of Economic Law excludes this right for the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium where performance has begun with your prior express consent and you have expressly acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. This consent and this waiver are requested from you when you order. As long as you do not give them, your right of withdrawal remains intact; if access was opened without both of these conditions being met, the right of withdrawal continues to apply.
Courses and coaching: performance begins when access is opened, just after payment. The right of withdrawal ends at that moment; the money-back guarantee in Article 7 then applies.
Plugins: you have 14 calendar days from the purchase to withdraw and be refunded, even if you have already downloaded the plugin. No waiver is requested from you when you order. The refund entails the deactivation of your licence (Article 11): the plugin stops working at the next check and its downloads are closed.
To exercise this right, use the online withdrawal function ("Withdrawal" link at the bottom of every page, in your account and in the confirmation email): "Withdraw from the contract here", then "Confirm the withdrawal". You receive an acknowledgement of receipt by email, your access is removed and the refund is initiated immediately, using the original means of payment and free of charge. You may also write to us at kriss@creator-academy.co clearly stating your decision to withdraw: we will then refund you within 14 days of receiving your request.
7) 30-day money-back guarantee (courses)
Independently of the above and in addition to your statutory rights, we grant, as a commercial gesture and for courses, a right to a refund for 30 days from the purchase. It applies even when you have waived the right of withdrawal by accessing the content immediately. Plugins are not covered by it: they are refundable for 14 days after the purchase (Article 6).
Send your request to kriss@creator-academy.co with your proof of purchase. The refund is made using the original means of payment within a reasonable time.
This commercial guarantee is in addition to the legal guarantees and does not replace them. Once the 30-day period has passed, it is this commercial guarantee, and this guarantee alone, that ends: your statutory rights, described below, remain fully applicable.
8) Legal guarantee of conformity
We are required to provide you with a course in conformity with the contract. For digital content, this guarantee is provided for by Articles VI.83/1 et seq. of the Code of Economic Law, which transpose Directive (EU) 2019/770.
If the content does not match its description, is inaccessible or has a defect, you may require it to be brought into conformity. If this is impossible, late or unsuccessful, you are entitled to a price reduction or to termination of the contract with a refund. For a single act of supply, this guarantee applies for 2 years; for access supplied continuously, it covers the entire duration of that access.
No clause of these Terms of Sale can deprive you of this guarantee or limit it, including after the expiry of our 30-day commercial guarantee.
9) Availability and changes to the content
We may change the content of a course, in particular to update it. These updates are yours at no extra cost during your access period.
In the event of a prolonged technical interruption that deprives you of access, contact us: we will restore access or, if this proves impossible, make a pro rata refund.
10) Intellectual property
Purchasing a course grants you a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right of access to its content, for your own use. It does not entail any assignment of rights.
You may freely apply the methods taught in your projects, including commercial ones. You may not reproduce, distribute or resell the content, or use it to create a competing course.
11) Plugin licence
Purchasing a plugin, or obtaining it free of charge, grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-assignable licence to use it. You may use the plugin in your own projects, including commercial ones (your videos and those of your clients), on the number of computers stated for your licence (two by default), without assigning or sharing its use.
A licence key is linked to your account. It is shown in "My products" and sent to you by email. Some plugins are activated online with this key and regularly check that it is still valid. You can release a computer from "My products" to activate another one.
Each downloaded file carries an invisible identification mark linked to your licence. It does not affect how the plugin works and makes it possible to trace the origin of a copy distributed without authorisation.
It is prohibited:
- to share, lend, resell, publish or make available to third parties the plugin files or your licence key (download link, shared folder, forum, group buy...);
- to circumvent, disable or remove the licence check or the identification mark;
- to decompile or modify the plugin in order to redistribute it, except where permitted by law.
We reserve the right to suspend or revoke a licence if we find a breach of these rules, in particular sharing or distributing the files or the key (including a copy found online whose mark traces back to your licence), a resale, a circumvention of the protection, or in the event of fraudulent payment or an abusive payment dispute. Suspension is temporary, while the situation is checked; revocation is permanent. The plugin then stops working at the next check and its downloads are closed, without refund, without prejudice to our other remedies.
Except in an emergency (ongoing public distribution, fraud), we notify you by email before any revocation and you may give us your explanation. A licence suspended or revoked in error is restored free of charge. A refund, a withdrawal or a bank dispute over the purchase also ends the corresponding licence.
12) Complaints and mediation
First step. Write to us at kriss@creator-academy.co. We acknowledge receipt and look for a solution.
Consumer mediation. If no agreement is reached, you may refer the matter free of charge to the Consumer Mediation Service (Service de médiation pour le consommateur), Boulevard du Roi Albert II 8, 1000 Brussels: mediationconsommateur.be.
The European online dispute resolution platform is no longer mentioned here: Regulation (EU) No 524/2013 was repealed by Regulation (EU) 2024/3228 and that platform ceased operating on 20 July 2025.
13) Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms of Sale are governed by Belgian law, without prejudice to the more favourable mandatory provisions of the consumer's country of residence within the European Union.
Failing an amicable settlement, the Belgian courts of the registered office of Norde SRL have jurisdiction. The consumer in any event retains the right to bring proceedings before the court of their own place of residence, in accordance with Regulation (EU) No 1215/2012.
